Default Answered: WI search feature.

Is there another way to search the forums without getting the search error? It's so weird, some days it works, some days it doesn't, but the days it doesn't I can't find anything I'm looking for.

It's just so frustrating.

Thanks

It's a problem with vBulletin, the program WI runs on. We're waiting on a patch from the programming company. It's because WI is so large. The search can't handle it, and keeps failing.

In the mean-time, you can search for threads in a particular section using the "search this forum" button. OR, if you want to search the entire forum, select the option to get "posts" and not "threads".

FIA hit the nail on the head, but you cannot use the search in all forums, in some it is still not working.
So If I were you I would just wait. vBulletin has not released a patch version.

Sometimes I am able to push Control F on my keyboard and find what I am looking for on whatever page I am on (IE WI)

Hope this helps!
