Exclamation Unanswered: WI members, I need your help!

I have forgotten about the loading zone for pet placement when adopting new pets. Here is my problem. I decided to adopt 4 of my pets last night. The adoption went great but when I tried to tend to the last 2 that I adopted I discovered that they were placed in my garden. I tried to rescue them with another pet but I was not able to acess the garden to even attempt removal of the plants or pets. I have read here in the past of this happening to other members but I cant remember how it was solved. Will you please help me find a way to rescue my pets. Thank you in advance.

I believe that you have to go to Ganz customer service, and fill out the I have a stuck pet form, or you can call Ganz customer service, and they can help you out. Good luck!

I would try selecting the pet in the "my pets" section, then using the map to leave the garden. I hope this works!

I tried selecting the pets that are already in there and the page will not fully load. I also selected another pet that is not already in the garden and used the map but it still wont fully load.

Is a phone call the best way to contact Ganz? I need the fastest way! What else is involved with it? Am I going to have to give them information, like the code for the pet? I want to have everything ready if possible.

Yes, jsebaker, you are going to have to have that information ready. You may not get a person RIGHT away and get a voice mail, but what they do is go into your account and lift the pets with a special 'tool' that they have. I think it is something most of them know how to do because it is a common problem. BUT, YES, call them and get it resolved...Dried out gardens are GROSS!
They will be very friendly, just leave you name, number and nature of the call.

It is sad, I wanted to feed and play with each one after I adopted it. If I ever gain access to my garden I am going to remove all plants and place then in another yard far away from the loading zone . I dont ever want to go through this again.
