Default Unanswered: A WI bucks idea...

I'm posting this here, not under WI ideas and suggestions b/c the WI bucks explanation is here...

Just for fun, I just tried transferring the bulk of my WI bucks to the savings, figuring it can't hurt, might help, especially when the use for them becomes more defined.

Once I did, I realized I'd like a little more in there. It said the transaction was pending and a button was available that said Cancel, so after reading the print below, I cancelled the transaction to add more in... only to find I incurred the 5% early withdrawal fee... LOL

So my idea is this... perhaps it could be added to the fine print below the "Cancel" button, or in the info that talks about the fees, a note could be included saying something that lets people know that even if it says the transaction is pending, and even if they just deposited the WI bucks seconds ago, once you've said yes to the transaction, there's no getting out of the 5% early withdrawal fee...

I made the mistake of thinking that since it read "pending" that I could just stop the transaction, which I found out wasn't the case.

FYI... no worries about the bucks, I'm not posting this because I want them back, that's no big deal. But I wondered if I was the only person on WI who might misunderstand. I did read the WI bucks sticky post twice, and all the fine print when making the transfer... and they were really well done and clear, but I still didn't get it competely. So, if it's an idea that can be used, great!

Hope y'all have a great day!

Peace, Jenn

Yes, that happened to me to. It would be easier if it clearly said what was going on instead of just "pending"

I think since they are a relatively new thing, there is a lot of confusion. However, I think this is a good idea too, and it would mke things more clear.
