My sister bought me a webkinz code from the estore. She told me to type it in at the code shop. It is not working. I checked it a billion times! So did my sister. It is not working. Do any of you know what is wrong with my code?
First, I would make sure that you don't have CAPS or NUM lock on. That happened to me once.
If that's not it, I would contact Ganz about it.

When you are in the estore, go to Customer Support and fill out the form. https://www.ganzestore.com/csform
Their customer service is separate from the Webkinz World one, and they are super nice. There is an entry there for codes that didn't work.
make sure you number lock is in make sure caps is on or off.How long of a code is this code?Is it a pet code?If you don't know i would try it in the adoption center.If none of this works try customer support or call Ganz at 1-866-932-5469. hope i helped

I know with me I didn't print the code I wrote the code and I couldn't read my writing. I entered 5 instead of S. And once I wrote Y instead of making an X complete. Maybe that is all she did too. If you try and get code wrong too many times in a day it will lock you out
I would just double check your code on the eStore account and if it still doesn't work, I would call Ganz first thing tomorrow. They will definitely be able to help you. Calling will be faster than emailing them as they don't always respond to emails. Hope this helps!
