Default Unanswered: we is stuck mobile

We have a tablet s2 8:0 and we is stuck. We get on the password saved account and we see the room and that's the end of it. It won't do anything or show anything else. We did do a force quit and turned it off. Other games play help! Thanks

Sorry - close. All fixed. We uninstalled the app and reinstalled. DD's one account has a glitch in it. The other accounts work. I don't know what it is, but she can't get on that one account.

Try to change the room or the pet before you try to log into this account from mobile. Maybe the pet is glitched or its clothes or maybe one of the iems in the room

I just had this. Ganz has to reset 3 rooms for me as I had the hammock beds in each and they glitched. They put all room contents in my dock and everything is fine again.

Do the customer service form

What prphk & rainbowrae123 said you may have to contact Ganz's customer service via email bc once they put your items into your dock or unstick that item it usually works out.
