Default Unanswered: We have a stuck item

We got a place setting for our table as some kind of gift (sorry, I don't remember) and now it's stuck floating in the middle of our kitchen. Sometimes when things get stuck, if I just wait a day or two I can access them again and move it, but this has been unrecognizable for about a month already. Our webkinz can walk right through it.

Any suggestions?:bokbok:

There is a form to fill out in the Customer Service section of Webkinz... Fill that out (you now need a secret code to enter)... it takes a couple days... w/ the holiday, it might take a couple longer... But they will put the item back in your dock for you...

I had the same problem. Just go to the customer service section of webkinz and then fill out the sheet for your problem and theyll send you an email almost immediatly and then within 2 bussiness days it will be put in your dock.

You could do as Kelly suggest, but I found that one of the ways to unstick things that go on tabletops is to put that item back. You know, I had a Dragon fly table in a room and moved it, the trophy was stuck in midair above it for about a month. Everytime I put the cursor on it, the square moved out side the walls. I put the table back under it, logged out and went back in and I was able to move the trophy.
The placemat may still be associating (numerically) with the table it was on, originally. Try it, you have nothing to lose

Do what she said, but there are many stuck items a day, because there are soo many accounts, that it may take awhile to go through each and every one of them.

Thanks all for your help. I'll try putting the table back under it and if that doesn't work I'll contact customer service.
