Unanswered: WARNING about lack of support from webkinz 4 defective pets
I had posted before about the problems with a couple of pets. I wanted to follow up and let you know the NEW type of supposed customer service webkinz corporate office is now giving. Or should I say NOT giving. Heres the response I got after explaining the stores I purchased them at were over 4 hours away and refused to do exchanges or returns.
Nice generic response that didn't bother to note or care that the stores don't do returns. BAD BAD BAD!
We are sorry that your Webkinz plush toy has a defect. Ganz policy states that Ganz does not accept returns directly. We are a wholesale distributor and deal exclusively with retail businesses. We suggest you return the item at the store of purchase. Ganz will credit the retailer's account for the returned plush toy.
