Post Unanswered: Visitors sent home--outdoor rooms only.

First let me say, I called 866-932-5469 to tell them of my problem. All they said was "Hmmm"
They said they can enter the outdoor/treetop rooms without a problem.

Whenever I invite someone over, they can go all through my rooms. As soon as they enter any outdoor or treetop room, they get sent home with the message that I wanted them to leave. I never sent them home. I had a friend here with me on side-by-side computers to help me find out what is going on.

If I invite them from an outdoor room, I can see their pet in the doorway, but they get the same message....I want them to go home.

I can enter all of their indoor or outdoor rooms without a problem.

I cleared my cache several times.

Does anyone else have this trouble?

My Webbies want company! What can I do?

Thanks for any ideas that might help.

Maybe some sort of setting for your house is off? Hmm... Try clearing your cookies and send them an email and/or call them again, asking how you should fix it. They should find something... Maybe it's just the computer you are on. Hope I helped!

Maybe it is just your computer....have you tried doing it on different computers? If it is your computer, than you might have to Restart it...

This has been going on for a couple of weeks. Restart is not helping. I had a friend try on her computer. Same outcome. A fairly new computer, (Christmas) side by side with mine tried. Same outcome.
The clearing of cache and cookies doesn't help either.
I had not tried to invite for several days until today. Same thing.
The moment someone steps into the outdoor room, they are sent packing.
Webkinz phoning got me nowhere. The same outcome when I called to tell them I can't play BINGOZ after the B-8 number comes up. "Hmmm" is all I get. Nothing gets fixed.
My friend has this same B-8 BINGOZ problem. I'll bet more people do as well, and just don't know it.

Sounds like one of those glitches that webkinz world can't fix. Wait for an update, and it might work.
