Question Unanswered: Virtual Pet code doesn't work

I found this thread that talks about the same problem I am having: http://www.webkinzinsider.com/forum/...ad.php?t=84071

I want to know how to call or email them directly with my problem. My daughter got the Frog from a pack of trading cards and when we tried to adopt it it kept asking us to enter the code in again, that it didn't work. I didn't have the same problem when I got the mokey one. We went to the Contact Us link but all you can do there is select your problem from a drop down list and that's it. Said they would be sending us something in 24 hours. I don't see how that is considering they don't know exactly what our problem is, just that we have a code that doesn't work

I think some mjerk Typed in a random code and used it...

I wish I could help..
I got the frog, too, but It worked fine..

You might want to try this page under their Customer Support:

http://customerservice.webkinz.com/cs/adi.php

That happened on a few of the Free Pet Cards and other people reported that Ganz sent them a correct code.

I know what you mean! Go to the Webinz homepage - Do NOT sign in! Go to "Customer Support", go to the bottom of the page, and click on "Comments & Suggestions", finally, click on "Question does not appear here". This will let you fill in account information and explain your problem. Be careful on wording the problem, you only have so many characters. Once you send the email, you will probably get a "We will reply within 2-3 days." You may get an email in a day or two that either tells you how to fix the problem, that they have fixed the problem, or you may have to call them. In the last case, they will give you a phone number and ask that you have your username and the Pet Code available when you call. Good luck!

It might have been that someone typed in a random code and it unlocked the frog from the trading cards you got.

But it doesn't say that they code has been used, it says it's not correct.
