I know what you mean! Go to the Webinz homepage - Do NOT sign in! Go to "Customer Support", go to the bottom of the page, and click on "Comments & Suggestions", finally, click on "Question does not appear here". This will let you fill in account information and explain your problem. Be careful on wording the problem, you only have so many characters. Once you send the email, you will probably get a "We will reply within 2-3 days." You may get an email in a day or two that either tells you how to fix the problem, that they have fixed the problem, or you may have to call them. In the last case, they will give you a phone number and ask that you have your username and the Pet Code available when you call. Good luck!
