Please help me figure out if I am going nutty. I am sure I bought the Violet Persian Run on more than one account; put it in a room on one and left it in the dock on ohters. I cannot find them. Has this happened to anyone?
Thank you all for your help but when I did call Ganz (and they were very nice about looking) they don't see them either. They disappeared into thin air. I know that no one would come and take them so I was just wondering if it happened to anyone but me just to prove I am not nuts.
Oh My They didn't offer to replace the missing violet rugs... I just think it may have been a glitch.
This may be completely unrelated, but when the Persian flooring was sold the first time, my mom bought two on each of her accounts.. The first she placed in one of her rooms and on the other account she left it in her dock (just as you've said)~ The next day though, it was no where to be seen, we looked everywhere feasible and even cleared cache/rebooted the computer and we still couldn't find it (so assuming she was just being absent minded and didn't actually purchase it we just dismissed it) It wasn't til she logged into her account on my laptop a couple days later that we found it in her dock just like she said. It made no sense at all but there it was
So maybe try logging in on a different computer and see if you can find it that way? If not good luck figuring out what happened to it.
I am very happy that your mother was able to find her things again. I wish that would happen for me. I did talk to ganz and they said they do not see it listed on my account so I am thinking if they can't see it and won't replace it there won't be much I can do. I will try your hint and though I don't hold much hope for it I do thank you for it. I did ask ganz to consider my call to be a report of the item becoming missing because I could not have misplaced it on so many accounts. I didn't get the feeling they wanted to put that down but they may have. I was hoping someone else may have noticed the same problem.
