Does anyone know how to turn off the automatic renewal feature for Deluxe Memberships?

here's something that I found that might help.

How do I cancel the automatic renewal option on my Deluxe Membership?
Canceling automatic renewal is done online right from your Account Manager or from your billing email notifications. You will receive a membership expiry notification 30 days prior to the end of your membership period. This notification will inform you of when your credit card will be charged and will also provide you the option to cancel the automatic renewal if you wish to do so. 30 day expiry notifications are not sent for monthly memberships. Webkinz World Automatic Account Renewal subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. To avoid any unnecessary charges to your credit card, cancellations must be done a full 48 hours in advance of the next billing date.

I had a little trouble with this too:

1) Sign into the eStore

2) Select your username in the upper right hand corner, it might be an abbreviation of your username, but is should stand a little in blue.
It should look like:
User, you have 0,000 eStore Points

3) Now select from your Order History:

Click the image to open in full size.


4) Finally find an order marked Membership, the option to cancel should be right there in the form of a bright button. Here is what mine looked like after I canceled:

(*I canceled two deluxe accounts (with additions) due to the adventure park, I did not like being excluded because I didn't want to buy the same pet twice.)
