I just posted same message in this forum less than a minute after you. I am getting the same message. User already exists. It is happening on my large account that has not been able to get into clubhouse since the start of Summer. Now I an get in to regular clubhouse, sometimes, if I don't get that error message. Were you one of those that has not been able to get into clubhouse or have you had access all along? Maybe it's us blue screen people. Hopefully they are working on getting us all in.
Bubba, I just went to the Clubhouse (kinzchat) and tried it & was able to get in. Up to this time I have NEVER been able to enter any kinzchat areas on that acct. So they definitely have done some programming changes with the maintenance (yesterday) as well as Fall Fest.
One thing that may be happening is the server may not be "disconnecting" when you leave an area like that - give it a day or two, I can guarantee they'll notice the server issue (might give it a week, with Fall Fest, LOL!). Wow - it's really hard to type and chase leaves at the same time
