| | Unanswered: UPDATE on webkinz handling of defective toys.
I am pleased to announce that Friday I recieved a VERY nice phone call from the OC Manager of webkinz. He was very concerned over the defective raccoon and has offered to replace bith the husky and the raccoon. This came after my final email telling them how upset I was at the way they had handled(or rather NOT handled) the situation previously.
Just thought you should know with persistence they do respond and were more than kind in helping me top resolve the issue.
ON that note...my 6 yr old was sobbing though when he learnbed he had to send back his favorite raccoon. I explained it was important for them to determine why the whiskers fell out so easily to prevent somebody choking on them in the future but he still does not understand and just cries about it. ARGH!
