When you fill out the customer form all you will get is that standard message back. It is better to call them in the first place. I suppose they might be closed for the holiday so try on Monday.

You might want to try calling them.
But you did the right thing to contact Ganz.
Maybe try restarting your computer.
That always helps me

Make sure you're calling during business hours They may also have been off early on Friday due to the holiday weekend.

Everyone here has pointed you in the right direction but I just wanted to add that if the rep you talk to is not helping ask politely to speak to a supervisor. Be calm and rational but do not back down, keep stating your case and explaining that it is simply not acceptable. They should give you well earned trophy
