Default Unanswered: Unpacking items from storage

I looked, but I didn't see another thread about this, so I'm sorry if it is a duplicate.

Everytime I try to go on WW, everything works okay except when I try to get items out of storage. My poor webkinz is hungry and I can't feed her cause all of my food is in storage. Any ideas?

I'm having the same problem. I have been trying to send something to my grandson and, of course, it always gets things from storage. That locks it up and I have to log out. Try again, same thing.

IF clicking it doesn't work go to W shop. It will automatically put your items out of storage but it might take a while to load.

Thanks Woofy. I tried getting them out using Kinzpost , but that didn't work. I will try the WShop idea next.

I had an incident where I had too many stawberries in my dock and it locked it up That was when WW had the glitch with the gardens and Ganz decided to make everyone's gardens harvest ready at the same time. Well, I have 10 strawberry gardens--I have them set up so I have to harvest one garden a day--and since selling them back takes so long, I decided to sell a few at a time. Long story short, that many items locks up your dock and the rep said the only way to unlock it was to delete ALL my strawberries. I was not happy.

Approximately how many items do you have in your dock?

Is the "do you want to stop script?" message coming up? If so, click no and wait. Keep clicking no until your dock gets items from storage.

This usually happens to me when I get about 800 or so veggies from my garden. When I get about 3000 veggies in my dock I sit and click no for about 10 minutes.

I get that message too Webkinzpapa, and I keep clicking no. I only have maybe 150 items in my dock. And that's probably a high number. I usually keep it below 100.

I don't have that many items in my dock, under 100, and I still can't get it to retrieve my things from storage.
