Default Answered: Underwater Bobbling?

Today I was in my room and changed from my black lab to my deer, who was in my manatee's underwater room. When I got there I noticed underneath the bottom of the room it said "Underwater Bobbling Turned Off". I clicked it and nothing happened. I was wondering if anyone else noticed this and if anyone knew what it was.
On a side note (and most of you probably know) you can put wallpaper but not floring on your underwater room.

I think I know what it means. See, other pets besides manatees and goldfish can't swim [such as a deer] and might drown. So automatically, whenever a pet other than a manatee or goldfish walks into the underwater room, it's almost like water from the room is drained. There is nothing you can do to change the setting. If it says that but there is still water in the room, then Ganz hasn't fixed the glitch yet. Hope I helped!
