Default Unanswered: Unable to view entire screen after logging on

A few months back the size of the webkinz window on our computer shrank. It was annoying but my daughter could still access all the functions on Webkinz World. Last night my daughter tried to log on and while she was successful at that when it took her to the initial Webkinz World window, it was so cutoff that she couldn't do anything. It did not allow us to resize the window. I have tried everything from the screen resolution soluation offered by the "help" on the Webkinz screen to clearing the internet files/cookies to shutting dow the computer and turning it back on. This is the only website that we are experiencing any problems on. Has anyone encountered this problem and know how to fix it? Thanks for the help.

Look at the top of the window. I know if I use firefox I get this at the top
http://mci2.webkinz.com/loader4.php?...ser&aol=0&fs=1
in a gray bar.

If you have it, right click on the little white paper looking thing at the top left. You will see a check mark next to---navigation toolbar. I unchecked it and it solves the problem only I do have to do it every time I log in but at least I can se my whole dock.

I have that problem when I visit others computers. I got to Contol Panel, Display, Settings and move the bar to 1280x768 pixels. or higher. That seems to help. Try that if the idea Lioness gave you doesn't work.
