it is the same with me .. 6 american accounts and one will not open.. says server busy.. I am also able on europe and on asian .. it is frustrating cuz I am in trades and that is the one account that goes to most all vacation places ... <growl> i sent them an email.. on the main log in page under customer service to customer service to my question does not appear above..
I have the same thing happening to me.. my main account with 50 pets doesn't work.. And then my other 2 accounts with only 2 pets on them works fine. Except I couldn't do the WOW, or Gem Hunt today..it said I already did them and I didn't.
Having the same problem here. Same computer, 8 american, 3 asian accounts going fine, and 2 of the main accounts (not all mine, whole family's) get the error message on the adoption box. Sounds like the same problem, just wanted to post to let you know you not alone.
I also had a problem with it saying my password wasn't correct. Even after I went to "forgot password" to change it, it still said it was wrong using copy/paste. Not sure if anyone else had that issue too.
Normally I can work things out myself, but I need help. I cannot log in my main account. I can log in my 2 other NA accounts and my Asian, but not my main. I really need to do my dailies, play games, send for trades, etc but I can't. I have tried all of my browsers (Safari, Netscape (newer and older version), Firefox) and all my computers (i-Mac, laptop, PC, e-Mac, really old e-Mac) and still no dice. I have cleared my cookies, cache, etc as well. Do I need to send GANZ an email/give them a ring? Any help would be appreciated as I REALLY need to log in. Thanks!
This happened to me too!! I restarted my computer, cleared my cache and cookies, and nothing happened I was ready to e-mail ganz. But instead I went to bed and slept on it. In the morning i still couldn't get on, I was getting upset. I e-mailed ganz the problem, told them my username and password, and also mentioned the HHH problems, and they fixed everything on my account. They will send you an e-mail back saying they recived your e-mail, so you know they will do something. Good Luck!
