Well my parents got me a new netbook for christmas and when i bring up the webinz window the bottom is cut off. I can't even see my invo or open the menu. I have tried changing the scerrn resolution but it will not go higher then 1024x600 so i don't know if thats is the problem or its something else. Can someone help me?
Same thing for me. I got a netbook yesterday and I can't see my pet, my dock, or the menu thing that lets you go different places. I sent them a message but I'm not sure what else to do. Changing the screen resolution didn't work, because like you there's no choice for the screen resolution they reccomended.
my Notebook does that too it's like an ACER mini laptop (Notebook) I can't play webkinz on it, so i do it on my school computer. I have yet to figure out how to fix it sorry, but if i do, i'll let you know
I have that problem on my notebook. I think I fixed the problem by clicking on the F11 button at the top of the keyboard. It will make your computer task bar at the bottom disappear and be out of the way. When you want it back you can just click on the F11 button again and it reappears.
I hope it works for you too.

In the bottom right corner there should be a percent that says 100%. Click on the small arrow pointing down and a menu bar should show up. Choose a different percent that suits your screen size and that should do the job!
