Default Answered: Two Accounts in Same House at same time

My daughter bought me the pet of the month to play with her, however the big issue were having is anytime we try to do something it says 'User already logged in' and boots one of us out.

We have separate computers and separate accounts, I understand were both using the same external IP address (i.e. same internet), anyone else run into this issue...can we not use webkinz at the same time due to the system seeing the same IP logged in?

TIA for any suggestions!

one of you try logging in on the webkinz.com and the other, type this address in

http://mci2.webkinz.com/loader4.php?go=loadReturnUser&aol=0&fs=1

to log in. It should work. I had this problem awhile back and I wanted to log in 2 accounts so they could trade with each other instead of using kinzpost.

I think you can't use the same e-mail for two accounts. I'm not sure why. I would try calling Ganz. (phone number in my signature) Welcome to BTW

That is really strange. I can use WW on our computer while a family member uses the laptop (both hooked up to the same IP address) without any problem. If the problem persist, I would call Ganz...they can get these things sorted out
