Default Unanswered: Trouble with installing Adobe Flash Player

First of all, thank you for clicking on my thread! I'm having trouble with installing Adobe Flash Player. I can't succesfully install the newest version needed to play Webkinz. I always get a notice that says "Application is being used (Internet Explorer) Please close the application." When I do so, the downloading just stops and says an error has occured. I looked on the Adobe help page, and I think my problem is that the newest version of Adobe Flash Player isn't compatible with a 64-bit internet browser. I think that I need to change Internet Explorer 9 from 64-bit to 32-bit. My question is, is what is the difference between a 64-bit browser and a 32-bit browser? (If I change the bits, will it change the preformance of the system?) Also, I had trouble finding Internet Explorer 32-bit under Default Programs. Any help you have to offer is greatly appriciated! Thank you in advance!

My computer is a Windows 7 with Internet Explorer 9 (64-bit)

Could you maybe try using Firefox and/or Google Chrome? and then installing Adobe Flashplayer there?
Good luck!

That's a good idea! I'll have to ask my dad when he gets home.
