Yes same here no charms. We have 3 accounts and they all are MIA. It's been like that for about 5 days. I emailed ganz and have yet to hear back. I read that they know about this issue so I am just going to wait. I hope it gets fixed soon. Good Luck everyone.
the ame thing happened to me...ALL of the forest charms are gone. We had 3-4 on each tree and it has been days and they have not reappeared. In the past I had gotten charms and they never appeard on the tree, I wrote to Ganz and their stock answer was there was nothing they could do about things they had no control over!!!!! All of us webkinz owners have spent lots of money on these things and this is just not acceptable if they don't do anything about losing ALL of them. I, myself, have bought over 80 webkinz, along with everything else for my grandkids as I am disabled and this is something I can do with them. THey are sooooo disappointed. Does anyone have any information that Ganz is working on this problem. Anyone can Private message me and I would greatly appreciate it. Yes, I have written to them but have not heard anything.:wt:

Another Grandmother here.....have you heard anything from Ganz, I haven't and my grandkids are very upset. This isjust not acceptable. There are too many problems they are not fixing, they told me there wasnothing they could do about the ones that just didn't appear on the tree but what about ALL of them disappearing!!!!!

Here is the "standard" response I recieved on Monday following my email to support ...
You have inquired about a glitch you have discovered while visiting Webkinz World.
We are aware of the problem and our technical team is working on correcting the issue as soon as possible. Since Webkinz World is continuously upgrading and updating the site, we cannot give you an exact timetable as to when this issue will be resolved. However, rest assured we are looking into the problem and are in the process of rectifying the situation.

I also heard that the fix would go into effect on Thursday - so I am waiting until then.
Ouch! The same thing just happened to me. At noon today, we went in to the Charm Forest and a message appeared saying "you need at least one charm to play..." -- what, we have a lot -- and logged us out. When we logged back in, all the forest charms were gone. Guess we'll contact Ganz but they weren't helpful before when something went missing. Their response was it was a hiccup in the system and their policy is "As Is." We are sooo disappointed.
I am new to the webkinz world. I have only been on for about a month now and me and my daughter had found our first two charms. The dissappeared last week. We had the sun with rainbow and the moon and now they are gone. My daughter is very upset because she worked very hard to get the charm in the first place. I will wait until Thursday and if they don't reappear then I will be contacting Gantz as well.
I have searching for help on an issue that I now see repeated here. I just lost all of my charms after not receiving the charm that I had just found! I realize that I am not the only one but has anyone actually gotten back all their charms or are they just gone for good ?
I was very upset when we lost all of our charms except for 4. I put in the code for our 8th charm and when I went there to see they were all gone. I'm glad I found this website and found out this is a known issue. Please notify us if they fix it for anyone. Thank you
