Ok, my first time attending webkinz day and i have logged on over 20 times today. Everything is normal except for the fact my dock won't load!!!!!over 200 items in there and nothing shows. I know my acct wasnt tapped into because even when dock is empty there is a zero items in dock note at the bottom of screen. Also, when i first logged on it gave me my spring gift but i can't open it because it doesn't appear in my dock either. I received a gift from a friend too and i can't open the gift either. Is any of this happening to anyone else or just me?
I had this problem a couple of times, but all I had to do was get items from storage and they came back. I have seen other people with the problem as well, and usually after a few hours everything is fine. You can always try restarting your computer, or clearing your cache.
