In order to trade, you have to be able to access the Clubhouse. Once you get in the clubhouse, you will see an option called "Trading Room". Click on that and a new screen will appear. You have the option of "find me a busy room" and "find me a quiet room". You can also see the room list and make a decision from there by clicking on a room number. The room will show how many people are in there (6/10, 5/10, 8/10, etc.) or it will show FULL, which means there are ten pets in there and nobody else can go in. It's a good idea to hit the refresh button, which will show any difference in who's in what room. Warning: the trading rooms are ALWAYS full from about 2:30 PM Eastern until about 1:00 AM Eastern, so it's very hard to get in there.
Once you finally get in a room, you go up to a trading table and click on it. A window will pop up that says "invite to trade" and you click on the name of one of the WW members in that room to invite them to trade. If they say yes, a window will pop up with you on the bottom half and your trading partner on the top half.
To trade, you drag items (up to three) from your dock onto the trading table. Your trading partner will click either a happy smiley or a sad smiley to show what they think of your item(s). If they like it, a green happy face will light up. If they don't, a red sad face will light up. You can click on the smilies, too, to show what you think of the things your trading partner is offering.
If you feel you are ready to trade, click the "ready to trade" button in the middle of the screen. Your trading partner will confirm if they are ready, and then the items will appear in your dock. If they aren't ready to trade, you go back to the trading table and change the trade.
If someone is ready to trade with you and hits the "ready to trade" button but YOU aren't happy with the trade, drag one of your items off the table. This will reset the trading table and you can continue to barter.
Hope this helps, and good luck in the trading room. You will find a lot of people offering you coupons and pet specific foods (PSFs) for your rares and exclusives. Just be patient, and you will find someone who knows how to trade fairly. If you have access to Kinzchat plus, it's always better to do your trading in the Kinzchat plus clubhouse, because you can actually communicate with your trading partner. It saves you a lot of dragging stuff into the dock!
