Default Unanswered: TOO MANY points transfered to my daughter's account

I think I'm in trouble! Each month I transfer the deluxe points to my family members, however I added an extra zero to my daughter's amount and sent her 6,000 pts not 600 pts I have looked everywhere how to manage the accounts, I CAN'T FIND ANY WAY TO FIX THE PROBLEM or haver her send me 5400 points. THE OLD WAY LET ME GO BACK IN AND READJUST THE AMOUNTS. NOT NOW!! It seems once you hit confirm its DONE! I'm broke and would like some points back can any one guide me to find help??

You might call Ganz customer service number. 1-866-WEBKINZ Their hours are 9-5 EST I think they should be able to fix it for you.

I am sorry that happened.

One thing others should know also is that you can't buy every thing at the estore from your account. I put a couple thousand points on my son's account so he could buy some charms and a statue to open the other places in the Magic Forest only to find out that it could not be done using the link inside Webkinz World.

I had to purchase the items and enter the code into his account.

Like you, I would like to get those points back into my main account but I have not taken the time to figure out if it is possible.

If you do contact Ganz will you please take the time to share the information that you get from them?

Once again, I am so sorry that this happened! I will keep my fingers crossed that Ganz can (and will) help you!
