Default Re: Too many pets

You could always start another account, also, GANZ says once you have 100 pets on one account, you should make another. Sounds like a lot of you don't do that.

Thanks to all of you who answered! It seems that I really don't have to worry about adding pets, as long as I put them in rooms I don't visit too often. From now on I will just add pets that I really really want.

Last month Ganz removed 32 pets from my account for me. Some of the reps will say that it cannot be done but it can. The wonderful rep that I had told me to just pick which pets I did not want on that account anymore and they would just need to get a supervisors approval. As a heads up, they reset the codes for the pets that I did not want on my account anymore so if you keep all of your pet tags it will be easier for you. The wonderful rep that I had was nice enough to give me the codes, 1 by 1 as I had thrown them all way already.

I think the number of pets only bogs the system down when you try and get into a room that has a lot - I solved that by putting most of my pets into one room that I never go into.

Hi all, I know we're not here to judge one another's activities, but seeing a visual of this to those of us that love all of our pets and keep them at 100% all the time by interactivity and exercise, it hurts us to see that people just "puppy mill" pets for the PSIs and extras.
I personally feel that, we that do interact with all of our pets, should not judge those that don't and just hope that the life lessons that webkinz is founded on, isn't relayed to the real life for those that don't feed, exercise, interact with their pets, or bother watering their garden, just because "you don't have to". My personal opinion, which is mine to have, is that WW is built to teach children life lessons. If they learn to abandon responsibilities, that will carry over in life. Remember, although virtual, what you learn from technology helps to shape the person you eventually become. Thanks for listening CJ

I respect your opinion, but aren't we getting a little too serious here? 1) This is MY account, which means that my kids don't play on it (I have WAY too many rare and valuable items for them to see --- and possibly want!) 2) these are VIRTUAL pets, and 3) as a mom with 2 kids, one very geriatric dog, and a husband who sometimes acts like a kid and sometimes acts geriatric, I think I understand about responsibilites (although sometimes I forget to water the husband). ??? Oh, and again, these are virtual pets?!?

I don't think I'm alone here, but I do all the dailies (including gardening) for my kids' accounts. Does that mean they're not responsible enough to have a WW account? Um...no. Actually, I guess it is just like real life - they will feed Tora when reminded/told, but the responsibility of taking care of Tora is mine (and hubby). Same with our garden (although with the impending drought, I think everything will just turn brown). We get the kids to weed, plant, water, etc. when we can, but again, it's up to us to tend to the garden.

Sorry, got a little carried away here, but again, this is a virtual world! Who knows, maybe even you and I aren't real...

Ganz recommends only 100, and that is what I would stick with. You can't move pets between accounts though sorry. I hope I answered your questions!

It is impossible to keep less than 100 items in your dock and for my gardens I leave a space infront of each door open which means I plant 96 veggies plants and have never had a problem
