Hi,

Please, only post here if you have actually CONTACTED webkinz tech support in the last FEW WEEKS....

1--HOW DID you contact them
BY contact form on the main page of webkinz?
BY email address provided here?**
BY phone number provided here?**

**or you may have already had it from previous problems.)

2--HOW MANY times did you have to try to contact them?
Also, over how long of a period of time---if you emailed them or called them daily, please tell me that...

3--GENERAL reason?
CLUBHOUSE?
ON going account issues--lack of pet bio?
Problem with pet codes?
Stuck items?
Ect......

4--SATISFACTION with the outcome?
Yes
No

I contacted them by phone, and I will try and dig that number up for you. Sorry, I will PM you with it, I may have left it at work. I persisted until I got a person on the line because I had left a message (after I had emailed them and they told me to call them) and they hadn't called me back in a week.

My issue was that I had finished the charm forest and not received the prize in my dock. They did award me the prize, but warned me they would not do so in the future, meaning their policy was to not award any future prizes even if it was their glitch. Now, I have since been told they are not awarding prizes for three months between calls, so they have revised that policy.

Hope that helps. I will dig up that number for you.

OH Hey, I found the number, it's 1-866-932-5469. The email is support@webkinz.com



Now, for stuck items, I just fill in the form on the main page, and those get fixed pretty quick. They send you an email and the next day usually the stuck item is in your dock. That is a very simple fix. No call needed.
