I contacted them by phone, and I will try and dig that number up for you. Sorry, I will PM you with it, I may have left it at work. I persisted until I got a person on the line because I had left a message (after I had emailed them and they told me to call them) and they hadn't called me back in a week.
My issue was that I had finished the charm forest and not received the prize in my dock. They did award me the prize, but warned me they would not do so in the future, meaning their policy was to not award any future prizes even if it was their glitch. Now, I have since been told they are not awarding prizes for three months between calls, so they have revised that policy.

Now, for stuck items, I just fill in the form on the main page, and those get fixed pretty quick. They send you an email and the next day usually the stuck item is in your dock. That is a very simple fix. No call needed.
