To get the text, click "Go Advanced" at the bottom when posting and in the second row, second button from the right, you should see an ABC, like that. Type your text, highlight it with your mouse, and click that button.
You can make simple animated slideshows using lunapic.com. Make each slide separate in Paint or another graphics program, save them all separately, and upload them using the slideshow feature on there.
You could also find pre-made images on photobucket if you type in "animated -whateveryou'relookingfor-".
If you want to make a line go through text, click the "Go Advanced" button towards the bottom of the page (or if you just press "Reply", that will take you to the same place, some people do this differently).
Next to the "Spoiler" button, there is a button that looks like this: ABC
Just highlight whatever text you want crossed out, and press "Submit Reply". Voila! Your text is crossed out.
There is another way to cross out your text, and that is by putting a [- ] and [/- ] around your text (with no spaces in between). So, if you wanted to cross out "hi", you would type [- ] hi [/- ] (except no spaces on the [- ], so it would look like [-], etc.
This is your final product =)
To make a slideshow, you can use sites like lunapic, or you can go to the Avatars and Signatures section of WI, and go to a shop that offers slideshows.
