not sure if this goes here - but i have an item stuck in my room, and webkinz.com doesn't have that as a question to ask. where on the forum could i ask how to unlock/unstick the object?

Most likely it is a glitch. I'm not sure what you can do about it, except hope that it fixes itself. Good luck, and sorry I wasn't much help.

i have this happen a lot! usually if I delete my cookies and clear my cache then log back in, it unsticks itsself. if it doesnt you can contact ganz and just use the "my question doesnt appear above" link. I hope that helps!

log off and back on again and reload the room. Sometimes this'll fix it. I have some objects where sometimes they'll be stuck, other times they'll be fine. If it stays stuck for awhile, you can email customer service and I've heard that they're really good at unsticking stuck items. I have one permanent item stuck in a room, I just arranged that room around the item because I think it's too much effort to contact them about it.

oh, and I heard that the coding for items upon items (like items on top of tables/desks/pedestals etc) isn't quite solid-proof, so I generally avoid sticking items on table tops just for this reason

If it last more than a few days, I would E-mail Ganz. Sometimes, they unstick themselves, but not always.

Here is what you do, this works just perfectly, i promise!

Go to the Main Webkinz page, click on customer support (it has an orange life ring) Once on that page scroll down and you will see section for I have Something Stuck! Just follow the directions and they Will unstick your item and it will go back in your dock! Good luck! Here is a link....

If the item was on a table you should look at this thread from the guides and how-tos section:

How to unstick a stuck item on a table: A guide w/ picts

It has helped me to unstick items without having to get Ganz involved at all. If that doesn't work for you, then the link princesstiara has provided should help you out. It usually takes a couple of days for Ganz to get something unstuck.
