Default Unanswered: Technical help please

I have a question for any of you computer genius people out there. For about the last two weeks when I log in to Webkinz the log in page has no words, only X's where the words should be. I am still able to log in because I know where my username and password go and where to click, but it's really annoying. It also does that in the Adoption agency and the Webkinz pets and stuff pages. What is up with that and how do I fix it?? In case you need to know I have dial-up and Windows Vista. Thanks

omg, that happens 2 me, too! weird, huh? its a glitch in the system. u might have to contact Ganz about it. or maybe ur computer has a problem with Webkinz. maybe u have 2 download Adobe Flash Player again. i hope i helped solve ur problem! if not, im sorry

This is not a glitch. I had the exact same problem, and this is how you solve it:
On the WEBKINZ main page, click on FIND YOUR COUNTRY. Select your language (English?), and a new page pops up. When you select the LOGIN button, you should have words!

Clear your cache and it might work and if it doesn't, try and find the spot that says" FIND COUNTRY" and that should fix it once you've re-calibrated it to your area.

This is what works. You will probably have to repeat these steps every time you clear your cache. There still might be xxx's for the first few seconds, but then words will appear.
