Default Unanswered: Technical Help!!!

Since the last update on webkinz, the w-shop items do not appear. I have a laptop and a desktop computer. The laptop computer seems to show the items. However, on the desktop the w-shop is bare except for the sale items. It also seems to affect the Kinzville acadamy...in the fashion class the model does not have clothes...so there is no choice of clothes forcing me to quit the class. Exclusive items are also missing from the rooms.

Again, before the last update it was all working fine...but the problem seems to only be on my desktop compter (which is the faster of the computers) and affects the items in the w-shop. Sale items are visible.

Anyone have any idea what the problem could be? I emailed tech support at Ganz. They instructed me to delete the cookies in the temporary files of the internet explorer..that has not seem to help at all.

Ok, if you have cleared your cache in your IE the next temp is to do so on your computer.

Go into your start menu from there click on programs then accessories, then system tools and do a disk clean up, remove all those pesky files that you have gathered then shut your computer down do a restart and you should be just fine.

This really should be done every so often it clears your computer of the clutter you collect, it will also speed up your computer.

This happened to me. It will take a few days to get the items and W Shop stuff back. I advise, just be patient. And you could try calling Ganz. Hope this helps!

I just tried the disc cleanup...didn't work. Has anyone had this problem before where items show on one computer but not the other??

Do you have Firefox installed? I would try switching browsers and see if that makes a difference. Sometimes IE doesn't always function properly with WW, where Fire Fox is more compatable.

I am surprsied the disk clean up didn't work, you will have to call ganz don't email you need to talk to them directly.

Try downloading other free browsers- firefox, chrome, etc. This could be IE's problem, not GANZ's or your computers.
