I have an asian account and when i just logged on i did not get my summer gift...is this happening to anyone else?

I have 3 asian accounts, and only one has received the Summer Gift. Usually patience pays off in these issues.

However, if you still haven't received your gift by Monday, you can always phone Ganz at 1-866-932-5469 during office hours EST. There is no point in calling before then, their offices are closed on the week-end.

Hmmm... Maybe try logging back in and see what happens. I myself don't own an Asian account, but I'm pretty sure there's a whole section devoted to the users who have them. Let me go double check for you.

While I don't have an asian account, I have seen people post around the forum saying that they haven't gotten the gift yet. So, don't worry, you aren't alone!

I couldn't find anything about the Asian Accounts, but someone who really knows a lot about them is mathmom2. You could go talk to her about the problem you are having.

Yes I am having the same problem. I have logged out and back in several times over an hour period. Several people posted in another thread that they were having the same issue and they hoped they might get their gift at 6:00 am Asian time. I hope we get them at that time too!

There's a whole thread about it, many people have Not received their gift on their Asian account. Just try back again after 6am.
