Use the customer service on www.webkinz.com. There is an option for "I have something stuck" You will need to submit your item, room name, logon, password, and pet's secret code. Then during maintenance they take the item from the room and put it in your dock.
PP is correct. However, it usually takes a few days (week or so) for Ganz to correct. They'll send you a form email letting you know they received your request, but they won't send you one saying that it's been fixed...as PP said, the items will just show up in your dock.
You can fix most stuck items yourself. Go to edit mode and click on the table it is on. Try removing the table. If you can remove it, replace it in the exact same spot, then exit the room. Come back, and the item is usually unstuck. Once it is unstuck, move the item somewhere else, as things tend to get restuck if you put them back in the same spot. This usually works for me.
