Default Unanswered: Success with Ganz Customer Service

Hello,

Has anyone ever received correction from Ganz customer service when they encounter a Ganz glitch (besides stuck vehicles in rooms)?

I'm just disappointed because I customized my Caring valley tree today and when it went into my dock it was the default tree. I just found a thread minutes ago that it is a Ganz problem and to hold off customizing trees but it is too late for me

Should I bother calling Ganz customer service to ask them to resolve the issue? Or is it too late for me since I created my tree already?

The happy/magic sound when you make receipes (the same sound when you open a gift box in WW) is also not working for me when I cook recipes and when I called to tell them the issue their response was pretty much "tough luck...we'll call you back if we can do anything..." Nevertheless, no call back.

I would definitely call them on Monday--don't e-mail. I had a problem a few months ago when I didn't receive the POTM gift. Called the rep & she looked at my account & gave me some really nice PSI's immediately. Good luck!

I'd do what they said to do, call them on Monday and explain everything. All we can do is hope for the best ! good luck

I was shopping at the w shop a few months ago and it "ate" one of my coupons. It didn't process my transaction. I didn't get the item and my kc was still there but it took my coupon! I emailed ganz and they gave me my coupon back right away!
