It's not a glitch. You have a stuck item. This will happen occasionally to any kind of item. On the WW Log-in page, go to Customer Support, then "I Have Something Stuck", and fill out that form. They are usually really good and fast at fixing that kind of problem.
Alternately, you can phone [notranslate]Ganz[/notranslate] and the service rep will fix your stuck globe for you.
