Default Unanswered: Stuck loading and we lost a bunch of items.... please help

In my daughters account when ever you try to get into the one outdoor room it sticks on loading furniture. Its been an issue for about 3 weeks now, i have sent emails, and i called and got a voicemail and left a message but have yet to hear back from them. I really havent been to upset about it, as there were only a few things out there but tonight we jsut adopted some pets and 2 of them were sent to that room, including the one she was looking forward to the most, the chipmunk, she just was crying because she couldnt play with it.

does anyone have a higher up contact that i might be able to contact to see if this gets fixed? heck i dont even care if they cant fix it, just get the pets out of that room and make sure when we adopt them, they wont go out there. it would be great if they could just delete the room.


i know what some will ask, at the time the issue started we had 4 trampolines, a swimming pool, the snake river and 2 donut plants and i dont know how many pets out there in that room. as i said i dont care about the stuff, i just want the pets, and the knowledge that no other pets will be adopted to that room.

if anyone could help it would be great.

huh? im not looking for anything but a contact that might be able to help or if someone knows a trick to get around this issue that would work as well.

Save your chipmunk tag and any other pet tags that you have recently added (I used to throw mine away once they were entered and found out that if you have a problem, you need the codes for Ganz)

I had a problem once too and it took a while to finally speak to a person (I was given a phone number and extension code eventually but don't have it anymore, sorry). But once I spoke with the person, they were GREAT! They made everything right and gave me what was missing, plus more to make it right.

If you have the chipmunk tag, I am believe that they will make sure you get the virtual pet. I know it's so disappointing for your daughter and hard to wait -- but tell her that you really believe that they will fix it, it just might take some time.

I am sorry for your daughter! Hang in there.

thanks, i have kept all of her tags that we have ever adopted, so that shouldnt be an issue, the issue is i dont know exactly which pets are in there as she is, whats the word, spoiled. and has about 100 if not over 100 webkinz.

I'm sorry that you are having so many problems with your pets and garden. Gingerly posted these numbers a while back. They take you to Customer Service Reps that will help you out. best of luck!

I'm so sorry you're having this problem. I had a frozen outdoor room problem too and Ganz were excellent in helping! Phone the number given above on Tuesday morning at about 9 AM EST. Stress the urgency for your little daughter in your phone message. You can try phoning before that and see if you can leave a message. If it's a phone cue line, maybe you should try asap to get in the wait line. I'm sure they are receiving a few phone calls these days! I would though, try again on Tuesday morning and try the extension numbers given and see if they help you get through. Just try and comfort your daughter saying the new webbies are camping out over the long weekend with the other webbies that are there...kind of a welcome to our neighbourhood party...maybe she'll find that fun???? Sorry, it must be so hard. I'd definitely have a welcome to our house dinner for the plushie at home though...maybe a bbq...so she and the plushie can be doing an outside party like her virtual buddy is LOL Good luck.
I also have a number and extension for GANZ but it's at work so I can't compare it to this one until Tuesday...which I will do just in case it's different. CJ
