How I unstick things that are on tables (or floating in midair & supposed to be on a table/counter) is

first - remove the item under it (in your case, remove the bed to your dock. Same with your couch
then have your pet leave the room and come back. See if you can click on either item.
if not, replace the bed where it was and leave the room again.
When you return to the room, you should be able to click on the item.

It always works when the item is on a table or counter
just remove the table/counter to your dock - replace it where it was and leave the room. When you come back - 95% of the time the item will be fixed and you can either remove it or move it if you want.

If you have to contact Ganz and give them your password, you can always change your password after they fix the problem. I did that.

Well that worked for getting Mrs. Birdy off a bed, but it didnt work for 2 games that are stuck on our couch!!!! We'll have to wait for Ganz! Thanks for the advice!
