OOOO I'm so frustrated!! I have like 4 stuck items in one of my rooms and when i send an email to Ganz about the problem I get a response email...fill that out...then i get another email saying "It appears that you have sent us a blank email, please re-send your request..." blah, blah, blah! So I send the same problem email and get the same "blank email" response!!
I got so desperate that I wrote them a letter...heard back from them a month later, they called me and fixed the problem...only to find out that a week later I have the SAME PROBLEM!!
Anyone else have this problem??? It's very frustrating and I have been a member for so long and it bugs me that by now they should have this problem fixed!!
Any feedback on this would be awesome!!!
BTW: I told them over the phone about the "blank email" response they sent me and the operator just said..hmmm never heard of that before!! I told them that I sent a problem email before and did not have any problems in the past, but now I am......uuuggghhh!
I don't drive vehicles through doors anymore - they get stuck too often. Sometimes things that are supposed to be on tables are actually "in tables" and I can't move them. I have two items that are stuck on the floor in one room and I can't move them either.
Sometimes clearing my internet cache helps and sometimes it just get fixed later but the two on the floor have been stuck for about a week now.
Sometimes when I go to put something in a drawer it tells me it can't go there. Sunglasses? Not a big item. I have a table that if I go to put something on it tells me that it has no more room in the container???
I guess gliches are a part of Webkinz World and actually it is pretty amazing what they are able to do!
They have fixed my problem, but days later it went wacky again!! My items are on the floor and they are 3 games that were on a table and now just laying helpless on the floor next to the table!!
I can't get webkinz support to fix it because I get the "blank email" problem hence why I'm frustrated!!!
What's this "cache clearing" you can do??? That's new to me and perhaps someone can tell me how to do that...I'll try anything at this point, but I don't think drop kicking my computer would be of use right now....
I have a trophy that been stuck on the floor for a month or so. I wrote ganzout a I have something stuck form,no results! I wrote a email@example.com email about another problem and got the same response as you ,blank email!
I had a weird thing happen. A vehicle got stuck between rooms (yes, I've learned to not go between rooms with them now)...it was stuck for over a week, so I decided to fill out the form. I started the form...and didn't feel comfortable with all the info required on a non-secure page...so I closed it (without sending).
Lo & Behold...I logged back in & my vehicle was UNSTUCK!
UUUGGGHHH!! Alright, I don't want to do this, but I'm calling them!! If they don't want me calling them, then they need to fix their "blank email" problem (which by the way clears that I'm not crazy because i thought I was the only one who was having that problem)!
I love WW and really don't want to be frustrated with such little things, but when you spend the money to have have access to their world you would think little things like my problems would have been worked out by now!!
I'll keep you all updated!! I'm on a mission....a mission to saying good bye to stuck items and blank emails...muhahahah...ahem...I mean I'll see what I can do
