Thanks so much for starting this thread and thanks to Hmm for directing me to it. I have the exact Cash Cow trophy problem and hopefully now it can be fixed. In addition to wanting to say thanks, I want to bookmark this thread so I can easily find that link again. I do not succeed in finding things by rummaging through the customer support section of the WW webpage.
Seems like my Cash Cow trophies are always getting stuck. Therefore, I just took them all out and have them in my dock now.
When you send in a stuck item request, it doesn't matter if you tell them which room the stuck item is in because if you have 20 of them in all sorts of different rooms and there is only one stuck in one room, you will log in to find ALL 20 of them from ALL your rooms in your dock. I finally decided it wasn't worth having to figure out where they all came from and put them back.
LOL, yeah that happened to me too. I sent in a request for a Cash Cow Trophy to be "unstuck", and every Cash Cow Trophy I had was sent back to my dock whether it was stuck or not. And dumb ole me decided to do some rearranging of furniture, so I took a trophy off its pedestal and now its stuck again on the floor. I had a long time of going from room to room trying to figure out where all my trophies belonged. Now, I am thinking I will just leave it on the floor this time!
I have the same problem. You would think that since they know that they have this BIG problem that they would try to fix it. If they fixed it that would be 1 less problem that is taking up their time and they could be fixing other important problems.
I have been trying to decorate and found all my cash cow trophies on all my accounts that are on the floor are stuck. I noticed this a couple months ago on my Asian accounts, but now see it is also on my Euro and all my US accounts. The only ones that are okay are the ones on US accounts that are on pedestals. I started naming all the rooms with stuck trophies the trophy room but gave up when I seen how many were on US accounts. Has anyone been having this problem?
I'm so glad you said something about this problem. All of mine are stuck too. The one in my Egyptian room is bugging me the most. I've stopped putting them in rooms along with most things [especially flowers & plants] that go on tables and pedestals because I've written too many emails for tech help with this and never gotten any help. I'll read on and see if someone else has a resolution. Thanks for the thread and good luck. Let us know if you come up with a solution.

Yes on the main page of Webkinz just click on customer support then I have an item stuck. Fill out the form and yes any pet code that is on that account. You will get an email saying they got it and then another email saying to keep checking account for day or to otherwise they give you info to contact them. Remember they are closed on weekends, but you can still send in form.
