Sorry if this has been asked/answered before, I did look but couldn't find anything.
I reported a few issues that had happened with one of our accounts. I received the email reply directing me to read the update from GANZ regarding the KC payout to those who had issues, etc. A few days later I received a phone call from a GANZ representative apologizing for the issues and she offered me a free pet code but had indicated that we should not adopt the pet yet until the issues were resolved. Well, twp of the issues were resolved but there are still others which have not been so we have not adopted the pet. I also received a form letter telling me that one of our issues with naming rooms was because the words we were attempting to use were not in their 'dictionary'. Well, that's not it, we can't rename the room to anything at all. On one account words that work, do not work on the other.
I did see some posts saying they received their 500KC for their troubles, but near as I can tell that has not happened on our account.
So long story there...does anyone know if they are just slowly working through issues and awarding the KC as they complete each one? Has anyone else been able to adopt their free pet?
I have gotten my 500kc from the glitches, but NOT once did I get a letter giving me a code. Some isn't QUITE right in that area. Anyway, I have tried to use words in their dictionary, and it does not work. =[ For example,"Shop" or "Room". I am going to contact Ganz and ask them about these issues. Furthermore, the process of fixing the glitches is going slowly, and hopefully things will be okay soon.
I started a new account for my son with the "free" duck he got, my friend inTX just added her "free" pet (pinto) to her reg. account. I would send them an e-mail to tech support to make sure it can be added.:chi::husky::koala::pgn::seal::luvfrog:
