Default Unanswered: Storage room with all my rares has been frozen for over three months.

I have been unable to get into one particular room for over three months and is a room with many rares in it and don't want to loose them if ganz unsticks entry. Does anyone know what to do. Please help.

I am sorry this is happening to you!! I would definitely call Ganz and let them know which room it is. They will go into your account (with your permission while you are on the phone) and see what the problem is. If it has been 3 months I am wondering if you have blocked your doors with something. Ganz has no idea your room is unaccessible unless you tell them. You will not lose anything and if it is a particular item causing a problem, they will remove it and place it in your dock. When the candy canes were not working properly, I was locked out of my outdoor room untill Ganz removed the seeds back to my dock. Good Luck!!

you won't lose the items, they put them back into your dock. you need to contact ganz though about it so they can unstick it.

Wowsers, 3 months is quite a while. NR1991 hit the nail on the head. Giving Ganz a call would be your best course of action at this time. Also, rooms will sometimes become frozen and unaccessible if you have them filled completely without any unfilled areas. I had problems with one of my storage rooms until I removed a couple of items and left some open areas.

Hope you can get it resolved quickly.

It happened to me also. My mom called Ganz & the person told her that the doorwaty was blocked. She fixed it & I didn't lose anything. Call them.
