I don't like using Chrome for Webkinz because of this glitch. I just installed Mozilla and I went to Webkinz and it said I didn't have Adobe Flash Player (which I already did). So I clicked the button to install Adobe and no matter how many times I tried to install Adobe Flash Player it failed.
There's actually a work around for the floating item glitch in Chrome, you just have to roll the dice in Spree first, & then your items are magically stuck in your dock!
But I did have this same problem as you before I discovered the work around. Never could figure out why it kept telling me I didn't have it!
For some reason, each browser has it's own version for flash player, and you need to install it separately for each one. Make sure you're getting it for Firefox.
Ganz recommends Firefox for Webkinz. Open FF and go to this link https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/. There should be a way to download and install the correct version of flash there.

I use safari because firefox isn't installed to my Mac either!
it used to log me out a lot but now it doesn't so it is perfectly fine
hope that the glitch will get solved soon, IzzyBella123
As tarbella9 said I would update IE. I have a new computer so it has a new version of IE and I haven't had any problems. If it still won't work I suggest Mozilla Firefox id you can figure out how to get past the adobe problem.
Maybe you need to load an update for IE? If not, maybe try clearing your cache or using Mozilla Firefox. Good luck!

Spree is working for me now.
I found out that the Flash download for Firefox wasn't working because I wasn't on the administrator account.
Thanks to all of you guys for your help.
