What kind of posts do I need before I sign up to try and be a gift trainee? You need 50 posts with substance and no fluff. But unless I get to a question first...would me repeating the answer be fluff/filler? Like when I post this, either someone will say "Sorry I dunno." Or about 5 Gift guru's will say the same exact thing...I'm just wondering if I cant repeat answers and it counts as a post or I need to wait it out until I can answer things first....Ir if you have any post suggestions... DO questions count as posts?
I am by no means a guru, but I think any sort of "real" input will count. It doesn't have to be an answer to someones question. Like - go to the "guess what I got" and post something you received that you thought was neat. Or chime in on the general forum - perhaps you have some input on the Webkinz cares or noticed something new. Fluff is generally "yeah - cool" or "bump this up".
it doesn't matter who made the first comment on the post. as long as what you contribute is
helpful, informative, or on the topic that the thread is about, that is what matters. ten people
could post the same answer, in any manner, and it would still count. sometimes, you post an
answer or make a comment at the very SAME moment that some one esle does....you can tell by the time stamp on the post.
if only one answer in a thread counted toward someone's 50 or more non-fluff posts, there
would probably be more threads with only one post in them.
i hope this helps.
You need helpful, good posts, with lots of information. I don't think questions count as posts, I am not sure, but you don't want to have posts like "Hi!!!!!" or "Bye!!!" you want posts that are easy to understand, so the eprson you are helping or welcoming or anything can understand what you are saying, I hope this helps!
I was wondering the same thing. I've gotten to 50 posts, but have gone back and looked at them all, noticing that some were only what I consider "fluff." Like, I say "haha... nice" a lot. lol. So, there are a few of those posts. But, I want to be a gift trainee so badly, that I am just making sure I have about 10 more posts before I apply. I don't want to be denied the first time I apply. Good luck to you and happy posting!!!
