I can't believe they are taking THIS LONG today! I have only 4 minutes to get a rare that 2 of the family accounts REALLY need/want.
And it wouldn't be so bad if we KNEW everything would be fixed when they let us back in.. because that is NEVER the case.
And BTW to those of you confused by the little Host/matrde (sp) w/ menu in hand asking you to wait to be seated in Webkinz world & that they are all full.. well that started showing up a few weeks ago.. And now Justin made it his Avie pic... & notes "WI is NEVER full, so come on in & join us" or something like it.
And my son lost a tooth & Tooth Fairy gave him polar bear yesterday morning & when he got home from school logged in and NO PET OF THE MONTH GOODIE bag!! That happened to his w/ his last POTM too. ARGGG!! And I noticed in the daily activities today there were NO bonuses for POTM owners. boo hoo
That's too bad poor kid. Have you tried contacting ganz in order to get the loot bags? I've heard that a lot of people are having that problem. Of course ganz's response is to tell you not to adopt on the first of the month which is ridiculous because some of the best POTM activities are on the first day and a couple after that and maybe towards the end of the month. I wish they'd fix these problems. It's getting really annoying. Not to mention that I get really angry when they go and disappoint a kid. Hopefully what they're doing now is fixing at least some if not all of these problems at least that had better be what they are doing. Good Luck. Catchfire
I can't believe it now they are full. Well everyone this is Thursday what will they say for the large weekend crowd.
I have a new Dell computer and better than my compaq and I lost 4 prizes with the please wait sign. Also when I do balloon dartz the dartz hit balloon and a few seconds later I have 0 prizes I tried to wait for the please wait to clear and after 20 minutes I closed it up.
Something or someone is not doing there job for all of the faithful webkinz customers.
I cannot believe this complete and total ripoff. I am going to complain to customer service. They are wasting our MONEY!!!!! I even wrote a poem, too!
Ganz said, "we are too full to let you in
Too full to play ball
Too full of your money
To do anything at all
We could do some fixing
Something, anything at all
But we are simply too full
Having too much of a ball"
But when people complained,
they said "Oh!
We'll fix it!"....
but they never did and they got sued by angry parents.

I've seen it once before...the thing is that they'd be smarter saying they were doing maintenance - at least that shows some concern. That stupid dog just screams "We don't care...go away!" Very much a turn-off to me.
I agree, webkinzworld does have the capacity to 'everyone logged in....I mean at the holidays when everone, including those that don't go on daily, log in to recieve the special holiday gift. So it is definitely a bogus sign as well as a 'turn-off'.
What they are really tring to say? I don't know...I would much rather see a maintenance sign than the dog or our servers are full. What are they full of? No one is on.
