I think Ganz has made a big mistake in putting up the "sorry we're full" sign if this is indeed maintainence. You are not alone in beginning to regret your Webkinz purchases. I think I'm going to call my buying finished, although I really love a couple of the upcoming plushies!

Something makes me think that they are not really "full" ... but instead they are doing maintenance or have some other technical problem. This is the first day I remember ever seeing a "full" notice.

I've seen it once before...the thing is that they'd be smarter saying they were doing maintenance - at least that shows some concern. That stupid dog just screams "We don't care...go away!" Very much a turn-off to me.

Yes, I am frustrated too!

I wanted that bejeweled table. How do they always manage to do the maintenance updates when the rare is going on?? I think they do it on purpose. *lol* If they know that maintenance is going to be happening, why don't they have the rare at a different time? I really don't get it. But then again, I don't think the people running WW do either. They don't think ahead or seem to coordinate very well. No wonder poor Arte is always so confused. *hehe*

This is when it pays to have an European or Asian account. With the five hour time difference, the 1:00 PM European rare was at 8:00 AM Eastern time, so those with a European account were able to get a bejeweled table today.

At least on Tuesday when WW updated to put the Xmas items on, they moved the American account rare time to 4:00 PM so we were still able to get the item. Hopefully they will do the same thing today and move the time so those that need the table can still get it.

Here's to hoping and crossing of fingers!

I find the "webkinz is full" ridiculous! How can they be full in Thursday afternoon? I am getting fed up with webkinz. I adopted a polar bear on Monday and recieved an empty POTM bag and now they are "full". They need to get their act together!
