Has anyone else noticed that everyone who had a lot of items in their dock were knocked down to 9 items, almost every time? I'm pretty sure it's a glitch... just in case, I'm not sure if I'll log in soon....

I was just thinking the same thing, Tango. I have not logged in a few hours now and I'm thinking after reading all of this, I'll wait until after the maitenence.

This happened to me too. I logged in and only had 9 items in my dock. Arte didn't recognize me and I was starting over with employment jobs too. I logged out a few times and finally my dock was restored and I can do the harder employment jobs. But Arte still doesn't recognize me and I lost all my gems. I even had enough for a crown that I never cashed in. Does anyone know why this is happening? Has anyone been able to speak with Ganz about it? I'm so upset!

Same issue here, Alyssa's star challenge believes I am new as well... I feel so betrayed Alyssa! BOL. I've put off sending an email until Maintenance tonight... Unfortunately, the offices would be closed now anyways... so we probably won't know anything until tomorrow morning...

It seems to be a server issue, as only a few have had this happen so far.

When I went to visit Arte this afternoon, there was a maintenance sign up that said something like "We're sorry, but we're unable to access Arte's sale information at this time. Please try back again later." Then when I clicked OK, Arte started off again welcoming me as a new customer (I was on level 7).

From that sign that was up at Artes, it sounds like Ganz is working on it.

My dock was really messed up, too. I got in to my room finally earlier today and was able to take two of my most valuable items out of my dock and put them in my room. The scary thing was that the first item just disappeared, then the other one jumped back into my dock. When I came back later, both items were in my room!

But when I just logged in a minute ago, my dock was completely empty! I'm still hoping it will all return to normal soon.

ETA: Oh and another odd thing was that the button for the Charm Forest hunt was completely gone!

My main account is having the same kind of trouble. When I signed in a little while ago, it was fine for a split second, and then suddenly I had twice as many of everything (but it wouldn't let me kinzmail anything...). And then when I signed out and back in, I had nothing at all in my dock. I just signed back out and checked my other account; that one was fine.

Shrugs. It must be widespread. I'll wait until tomorrow and see what happens.

Sometimes the items are there, sometimes they're not. Just log off + on until they are there. I'm going to my rooms though to empty my dock just in case though, cause I have some valuable stuff in my dock I don't want to lose.

Hope this fixes after maintenance

I have no items in my dock. I hope when they do their evening maintenance it will all come back. I can't do any of the activities. Very weird. First time this has happened to my account.
