Red face Unanswered: This is so not fair!! Has this happened to you?

Yesterday when I tried to do the Creativity class at the Kinzville Academy, the class began but then the instructional screen popped up and would not let me x out. It was like the screen was frozen. The only thing I could do was go somewhere else and then come back to unfreeze it, but it said that I failed the class. I didn't even get to do anything because of the popup screen! Now today, I signed up for Creativity and I believe I paid my 50 points to get in, when the "Please Wait..." came and the screen froze, before it even got the Creativity class screen. I was still at the main Kinzville Academy screen with Ms. Cowoline. When the "Please Wait" went away, I now have a red x over the Creativity in one of those 3 boxes at the bottom. It said I failed the class and I didn't even get to the screen to do it!! It's just not fair! Has anyone else had this problem? What have you done to fix it? Please let me know - I need your help!!

i believe i saw some other people discussing it in general discussion. they all got the "please wait" and didn't get to do the class. maybe if everyone calls, they might refund your kinzcash. some people said it happened during the jobs too

I had the same thing happen to me today with the "please wait...". Then all of a sudden, the please wait went away and it showed the failed class. I don't think that there is anything we can do about it.
As far as the other problem with the instruction screen coming up and freezing there. They have had this problem for awhile, and there is something you can try. When your are signing up for the class, wait until Ms. Cowline quits talking and her ears twitch before clicking the last button. So far, I haven't had the problem as long as I wait like that. I hope it helps.

This generally happens to me when I am doing the intellegence class. I normally just wait until the next day and hope it is back to normal. There are so many glitches lately, I hate to call about every thing. But this is annoying because it takes your Kinzcash!
