The lift-range-bar is in the middle of the screen almost behind the pet. It should be to the left-hand side of the screen where you can see it better.

Someone with Ganz basically told me that when the Webkinz servers went down in December, that Webkinz was basically not in any hurray to fix the problem or any of their other problems for that matter.

That's why Ganz had to do "damage control" and called many people with free pet codes.

Sorry buy Ganz/Webkinz should have anticipated how many people would be on after Christmas trying to register their new pets. They didn't make nearly enough effort to avoid all the problems that ended up as a result of their lack of effort. It doesn't or shouldn't take months to fix or set up new servers.

I think we have the right to complain. We are basically paying for a 1 year subscription to webkinz world and it's so full of glitches that I very often can't even log in or I get logged off randomly while just trying to play on the site.

It would be like buying a magazine subscription and when the magazines arrive there are torn out pages all over the place.

That's how I see it.

Plus, someone needs to tell them about errors or they may never know it's exists to even attempt to fix it.

I know!there are tonnes out there but what can we do? It seems to be worse on slow computers.

I agree that GANZ and their customer support aren't helping with so many glitches. My daughter hasn't had these problems with Club Penguin or the TY Beanie site. If this were a free website, that would be one thing. Many of the Webkinz fans have paid hundreds of dollars (we're not talking kinzcash!) between buying the stuffed animals, charms, trading cards, clothes, etc. and even those of us who have had our computers re-vamped and new programs installed because we were told it was our computers that were the problem. I don't think it's fair to have such poor customer service and have to put up with so many glitches while GANZ is making so much money. It is a great product when things work, but frankly my 10 year old daughter is tired of so many problems that she has pretty much given up on playing Webkinz. How much patience are we supposed to ask our kids to have. It is like purchasing a broken toy and there is no way to get a refund!!!!

the mailbox one happened 2 me one day
and that beagle glitch....weird
and does ne1 remember when ganz introduced the wheel of the month? that 1st time evry1 could spin it and it didnt work? that was so annoying!!!
for all the money we put in2 webkinz (stuffed animals, clothes, lip gloss, trading cards, figures, purses, mouse pads, charms, body spritz) ganz should hav a website w/o glitches!!!
