| | Unanswered: Server Rollback? Account Issue Problem - Help Please! X_X
Was the Webkinz server rolled-back last night during their massive downtime? I'm still very new to the site and I have a huge problem - while doing a new adoption with Birdy, I accidentally named my new Charcoal Cat after his Secret Code, arrgh! Anyway, I sent emails to support@webkinz about this. Then I requested the account to be reset and got this email:
This was before the downtime. All yesterday, I could not do anything to see what was going on.
Thank you for your question. You requested that we reset your Webkinz World account.
We have been able to reset your account. This means that you will be able to re-adopt your Webkinz tomorrow morning or anytime after.
If you want to adopt your Webkinz onto an existing account, you will need to go to www.webkinz.com
and click 'Login'. Log into your account as usual and then visit the 'Things to Do' menu. Ms. Birdy will help you adopt your pet.

Well, WW is back up today and I login this morning to find.... absolutely nothing at all has changed. My funky Charcoal Cat name has not changed or anything. What do I do now? T_T Do I request another reset of my account or do I email support about getting the pet name changed? Normally I know they don't rename your pets for you, but in this case it is an account compromise... X_X
