Angry Unanswered: Secret Code Incorrect

I bought my mom a Cocker Spaniel but when she tried to adopt it says the code is incorrect. So then she goes to the Customer Service page under the Adoption Issues/Incorrect Code headings and puts in all her info and it tells her that the information doesn't match their records.

She actually put in the code for a pet she had already adoped the first time she tried the Customer Service page and got an e-mail back saying that she had already adopted the pet so we know that what they have for her account name/password/birthday etc. is all correct.

Any ideas of where she can go from here? I'm stumped!

Try checking to make sure it's the right code again and if that doesn't work maybe you would get more help if you tried calling Ganz or emailing them back using the other code. Hope I helped and good luck

I would definitely call Ganz. The customer service reps have been very helpful as of late.
That would be much quicker than going through email anyway. I wish you the best of luck getting it resolved and your new pet adopted.

Well, you could call GANZ and they might be able to fix it or find out what is going on. But maybe somehow someone got the code. Hopet this helped.

This happened with a pack of trading card, I typed the code EXACTLY like 3 times, but it said it was incorrect every time...

Try too adopt it again,too see if you made even one mistake with the code. Like a 'B' instead of a '3'. If it still tells you it's incorrect or the pet is already adopted (And your sure the code is correct),I suggest contacting Ganz. Hope I helped!

One thing that is easy to mess up when filling out the form is the birthday. They actually want the day first, then the month, which is backwards for a lot of people. Have her double-check that if she doesn't want to call, and if the code is incorrect make sure she is using a different code to verify the account.

I agree with everyone else though that the fastest way to fix this is to call Ganz.

Try it one more time and if it doesn't work contact Ganz. If they still won't help you take it back to the store. Hopefully it won't get to that point. Good luck!
